This year, I participated in the CQ World Wide WPX Contest (SSB) in the 40m QRP category. I’m not a typical QRP operator, but I accepted the challenge and decided to try contesting this way as well.
A total of 33 stations entered this category, and OM0A came in 5th place with 40,610 points for 151 valid contacts, just a few points behind DH1AKY. I used a Yaesu FT-1000MP transceiver with a Diamond W-8010 antenna.
