Production of directional antennas for the 20-meter and 15-meter bands has begun. We chose from the following antennas: Moxon beam, 2-element quad, DK7ZB Yagi, and the 50-ohm version of the DK7ZB Yagi. Given the availability of some materials and the mechanical design of the element mounts, we began building DK7ZB-style Yagi antennas in a 28-ohm version with a matching section made from coaxial cables.
Based on the design of the factory mounts (see figure), a prototype mount made of Teflon was produced after about 3 hours of work. The next ones should be made more quickly, hi.
