SSB League with MP3 recordings of contacts – October 2023

Work on the antennas continued with the installation of an antenna switch controlled by a relay operated by the band decoder. During these modifications, a section of the coaxial cable feeding the 80-meter antenna was also removed. And all the cables were routed through a cable conduit.

Reception was very good this time. Most signals had excellent intelligibility. Nevertheless, there weren’t as many callers responding to the call as in the September round. Toward the end of the first hour, the 3756 kHz frequency became available; many OK/OM stations listen on that frequency. This includes stations that don’t participate in the SSB League but still make themselves heard. So my log includes a few call signs I don’t usually work. At the end of my one-hour session, I cleared the frequency for Števo OM7KW. How did your signals sound in the October SSB League? Like this:
