CQ WW WPX Contest
Contacts are made with all stations. Only one QSO per band is allowed with any given station. A station competing in the Single Op category may operate for a maximum of 36 hours, after which it must take a break of more than 60 minutes.
In all categories (including Assisted), the use of DX Clusters is permitted.

SSB segment—the fourth Saturday from 00:00 UTC through Sunday in March until 23:59 UTC
CW segment—the fourth Saturday from 00:00 UTC through Sunday in May until 23:59 UTC

1.8 to 28 MHz, excluding WARC bands

SO Tribander/Single element (TBWIRES) – any type of tribander for the higher bands with a single feed from the TRX and wire antennas for the lower bands. During the contest, only one tribander for the 10-, 15-, and 20-meter bands and single-element antennas (e.g., dipole antennas) for the 40-, 80-, or 160-meter bands may be used in this category
ROOKIE – for amateurs with a license valid for no more than 3 years as of the contest date
MULTI-ONE: max. one TX signal, all bands and high power only. The 10-minute rule applies when changing bands (except when earning a new multiplier)
MULTI-TWO: max. two TX signals, all bands only, and high power
MULTI-MULTI: no limit on TX signals, all bands only, and high power
In all categories, the use of DX Clusters is permitted.
Contest code:
RS(T) + sequential QSO number starting from 001.
Stations competing in the Multi-Multi category number QSOs separately on each band.
Scoring:
QSOs with stations outside the EU
– 28/21/14 MHz: 3 points
– 7/3.5/1.8 MHz: 6 points
QSOs with stations on the same continent but in a different DXCC
– 28/21/14 MHz: 1 point
– 7/3.5/1.8 MHz: 2 points
QSOs with your own DXCC:
– 1 point regardless of band
Multipliers:
prefixes: 1x per contest, regardless of band or QSO time
Example: DL1, N1, P40, P41, VE1 …
F/DF4ZL counts as F0
K1AR/3 counts as K3, etc.
